Entering the Clients Competitions
To help us organise the Clients Competitions please may we remind everyone of how to enter:

  • Entries close 4 days before the competition – ie on the Tuesday.  After which there is a late entry fee: £2.50.
Liveries receive a £10 discount on the entry fee.
  • Choose the horse that you would like to ride. If for any reason your choice becomes unavailable, we will try to offer you a substitute.
  • Horses will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can only book for the show coming up, not for future competitions.
  • You must have ridden the horse at least once in a jumping lesson (for show jumping competitions) or on the flat (for dressage).
  • If your instructor thinks that you should be in a different class we will let you know.
  • Please pay at the time of entry. Your horse choice will not be confirmed if payment has not been received and may be given to the next rider on the waiting list.
  • Warm up times will be available on the Thursday afternoon before the competition.

If we do not have your signed entry form and payment by noon on the Thursday before the competition we will assume you are not competing and your space and/or your horse will be allocated to someone else.  No exceptions.

  • Cancellation – at least one week before the competition or you will not be entitled to a refund.
