Length of time at Snowball Farm: Nearly 2 years. I started Sept 2014.

How long have you been riding? 5-6 years. I started at a riding school in Somerset near home. We had a very strict instructor, Mrs M.

Can you remember winning your first rosette? I got my first rosette at Combe St Nicholas fun-ride on a pony called Midnight.

What’s the best bit about your job? I do like the banter between everyone at work and you get to know the horses really well. When you don’t have your own horse, it is nice to experience that bonding.

Proudest moment? When I get good feedback via the instructors on lessons I have covered for them. A riding moment was a Boxing Day draghunt when I realised ‘I could do it’. No animals were hurt!11668264_10204077746775118_1245470487_n

Funniest memory? At the stables back home at fun & games day when we had water fights, races and were riding bareback with a group of friends.

What are your riding ambitions this year?  I definitely want to get my PTT and also increase my confidence in jumping. I’d love to take Ben, one of the school horses, around the cross country course if he comes back sound after injury.
